Dr. Sarah Stewart-Spencer founded the Integrated Wellness Institute on the conviction that everyone can develop the insight, skills, and strategies needed to live better. She holds certifications as a First Responder Provider, Hypnotherapist and Clinical Trauma Professional.

Former Dean of Behavioural Sciences at Yorkville University, she created the national First Responder Treatment Provider certification program and writes every IWI resilience course alongside the clinicians who developed the framework. Her work is anchored in companion books so the material outlives the login.

For Helping Professionals, the Integrated Wellness Institute is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7535. Provider courses are geared toward post-master’s level helping professionals.

For Law Enforcement, the Mastering Resilience: First Responder Edition course is currently in review under International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST).
