Dr. Sarah Stewart-Spencer founded the Integrated Wellness Institute on one conviction: resilience is a capability, not a trait. She holds certifications as a First Responder Provider, Hypnotherapist and Clinical Trauma Professional.
Former Dean of Behavioural Sciences at Yorkville University, she created the national First Responder Treatment Provider certification program and writes every IWI resilience course alongside the clinicians who developed the framework.
